Alexandra first came into contact with the world of law in high school given her brother’s profession, deciding to follow him down the path of becoming a lawyer.
Therefore, Alexandra attended the Law School of the University of Bucharest, and in 2012 she became a member of the Bucharest Bar.
She joined Iordache & Associates in 2013, providing both legal counseling and representation to the company’s clients.
Although her area of expertise also includes civil and commercial litigation, Alexandra feels closer to the more “humane part of law”, focusing on litigation arising from labour and family law, where the relationship with the client, the understanding of his/her perspective and empathy are essential.
Representative matters:
- Successfully represented, a former executive of one of Romania’s biggest hipermarket chains in a litigation regarding liability in tort – value of aprox. 13.000.000 Euros;
- Successfully represented one of Romania’s major education union in litigation arising from liability in tort;
- Represented a former employee of one of Romania’s most important banks in a criminal case file regarding white collar crimes;
- Successfully represented one of the largest federations in Romania in case files regarding the application of Law no. 188.1999;
- Represented public institutions in litigation arising from contractual liability.
