Ramona specializes in consultancy and civil and commercial litigation, in the field of banking law, intellectual property and insolvency. Ramona offers consultancy in the field of GDPR, approaching the organizational, legal and IT side of the legal entities. She is also an authorized agent of the National Mobility Advertising Register of the operator of National Unions of Bars in Romania.
She has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, being an authorized mediator and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Geneva.
Ramona has a master’s degree in business law and a doctorate in intellectual property, being specialized in copyright protection for computer programs.
She believes in the words “Be good, do good, enjoy!”.
Her passions are new projects in different fields and she focuses with perseverance and creativity on their completion.

Representative matters:
- Photovoltaic project development, consulting and authorization in 2013 in Bucharest and Bacău for the client Client SKYBASE GMBH legal representation in front of the authorized institutions (the town hall, OCPI, Prefecture, ANRE, ISPE, with the purpose of obtaining operating authorizations and specialized notices).
- Assistance and representation of the MEDIA REALITY in the insolvency proceedings activities carried out: legal consultancy, assistance and representation in front of the court, issuing legal opinions on the procedure for recovering the debts of the company, assistance and representation before the National Audiovisual Council, the State Office for Trademarks
- Assistance and representation of SC PSV COMPANY SA in the insolvency procedure in 2013 in Bucharest. Activities carried out: legal consultancy, assistance and representation before the court, issuing legal opinions on the procedure for recovering the company's debts
- Representation of a client in front of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice in order to lift the seizure applied to the sum of 6,000,000 euros in a cross-border transaction.
- Assistance and representation of Romanian - French and German companies with agricultural activity in Romania
- Recovery of an impressive number of nationalized buildings and / or the related damages according to Laws 10/2001, 18/1991, etc.
- Providing assistance and representation for clients in computer crime litigation.
