Dan Constandache

With over 12 years of experience as a lawyer, my professional journey began from the very first day of my internship, in the courtroom. I started as a pleading lawyer, initially in the field of criminal law, gaining solid practical experience before the courts. Later, once admitted as a fully qualified lawyer, I consolidated my own client base, gradually expanding my practice through my individual law office, and subsequently through collaborations with law firms in Bucharest. Since 2022, I have been part of the Iordache & Associates team, where I coordinate and manage complex legal consultancy projects.

My professional activity is primarily focused on commercial law, corporate law, labor law, administrative law, real estate law, inheritance law, and family law, providing pragmatic and efficient solutions, including viable alternatives for dispute resolution outside the courtroom. At the same time, I maintain a constant connection with litigation, representing both companies and private clients in cases falling within the legal areas in which I specialize.

Although I am not exclusively a corporate lawyer, I am interested in and understand the dynamics of the business environment. My approach is grounded in professionalism, accountability, and integrity. I rigorously analyze each case and provide my clients with clear, realistic, and tailored solutions.
